INSTITUTIONAL GOVERNANCE

Policies & Procedures

The institutional framework governing learning, credentials, conduct, privacy, accessibility, security, and responsible use.

Effective and last updated: July 30, 2026

Academic integrity

Learners must submit their own work, accurately represent completion, and may not manipulate assessments, progress records, certificates, badges, or the credential registry. Suspected misconduct may result in review, suspension, credential revocation, or removal, with notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Enrollment and learner records

Access is personal and non-transferable. Learners are responsible for keeping account information accurate and protecting their sign-in method. The Institute maintains course progress, assessment results, credential records, and necessary administrative records according to documented retention and security practices.

Assessment and credentialing

A course credential is issued only after completion of required lessons and the published mastery standard. Certificates document completion of Wesley Institute of Technology coursework; they do not constitute a state license, professional license, academic degree, college credit, or guaranteed transfer credit unless expressly stated in writing.

Credential verification and revocation

Credential numbers are unique and publicly verifiable. The Institute may correct, suspend, or revoke a credential obtained through fraud, material error, identity misuse, or violation of academic-integrity requirements. Registry disclosures are limited to information reasonably required to verify an award.

Complaints, appeals, and corrections

Learners may request correction of an institutional record or appeal an academic or conduct decision by contacting gp2@gp2.biz. Requests should identify the learner, record, decision, supporting facts, and requested resolution. Reviews are documented and handled without retaliation.

Course changes and availability

Curricula, assessments, features, and schedules may be improved as technology and professional practice evolve. The Institute may retire or replace content while making reasonable efforts to preserve valid completion and credential records.

Records retention

Records are retained only as long as needed for educational delivery, credential verification, security, legal obligations, and legitimate institutional operations. Access is role-based, and disposal is intended to be secure and documented.
