Terms of Use & Learner Agreement

These terms govern access to Wesley Institute of Technology, its courses, assessments, credentials, and public verification services.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, Acceptable Use Policy, Academic Policies, and other policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information and use an account you are authorized to control. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for approving and supervising use by a minor where applicable law requires it.

Educational scope

Content is provided for education and professional development. It is not legal, medical, financial, cybersecurity, regulatory, or other licensed professional advice, and it does not replace qualified professional judgment.

Limited license

The Institute grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful learning. Course content, design, assessments, marks, and software remain protected intellectual property of their respective owners.

Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, misuse personal data, reverse engineer restricted systems, falsify progress, or reproduce or sell course materials without written permission.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. The Institute works to maintain reliable and accurate operations but does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, employment, admission, licensing, transfer credit, or a particular result.

Limitation and responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Institute and Keystone Strategies International VC & Development are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing principles

Terms may be updated when operations, laws, or services change. Material revisions will be identified by the updated date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Applicable law and venue will be determined by controlling law and any written agreement with the Institute.
