Information collected
Depending on use, the Institute may process name, email address, account identifiers, enrollment, lesson progress, assessment results, credentials, support messages, administrative actions, and technical or security information such as request logs and device/browser data.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, deliver courses, save progress, score assessments, issue and verify credentials, support learners, secure the service, investigate misuse, maintain records, improve operations, and satisfy legal obligations.
Authentication providers
Sign-in may be completed through third-party identity services. Those providers process authentication information under their own privacy terms. The Institute does not receive or store the password used with the identity provider.
Public credential registry
Certificate verification may display the credential number, learner name, course, issue date, mastery result, competencies, and current status. Learners should understand that this limited record is designed for public verification.
Sharing
Personal information is not sold. It may be disclosed to service providers supporting hosting, authentication, security, communications, or administration; when directed or consented to by the user; to protect rights and safety; or when lawfully required.
Retention and security
Information is retained according to educational, verification, operational, security, and legal needs. Administrative access is limited by role, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Choices and requests
Subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs, a person may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or ask a privacy question, by contacting gp2@gp2.biz. Identity verification may be required.
Children and geography
The service is not directed to children under 13. Use by minors must comply with applicable consent and school requirements. Users outside the United States understand that information may be processed in the United States.
